A new "Activity" tab in the dialer window gives you quick access to a contact's activity history so you can review recent actions and correspondence.
Coach reps on live calls without being heard by your prospects. Whisper coaching is accessible on the "Dial Sessions" tab of your "Team" page for Professional and Premium accounts.
We've updated our Zoho integration to give you greater flexibility over your custom fields. These include the ability to rename and even exclude certain fields from syncing to PhoneBurner.
To improve security and compliance, a new toggle will allow you to pause and resume call recording during a live call, giving you full flexibility over what is recorded.
