It's officially summer, and things at PhoneBurner are heating up. We have several brand new features and enhancements to call out, plus some experimental features that you can activate and start testing today!

Hold Music Optional

Do you prefer that your contacts listen to music or enjoy silence while on hold? The power is in your hands. Toggle hold music based on your preference under Settings > Dial Session > General.

Ready Now in Labs

Activate 3 early-release features today in My Account > Labs. They're available free for a limited time, and subject to change based on your feedback.

‍Call Transcriptions: Say goodbye to frenzied note taking and hello to full call transcriptions plus AI assisted summaries in Notes (Premium accounts)‍
Enhanced Click to Call: Easily initiate one-off calls with a single click, rather than launching a dial session (Premium or Professional)‍
Incoming Calls in PhoneBurner: Answer incoming calls in PhoneBurner when you're not in a dial session (Premium accounts)

New Inbound Reporting

You asked. We listened! On Premium accounts, inbound call reports now display alongside outbound reports with the Name "Inbound" followed by the call date. Click "Details" to view metrics and access Call Recordings if enabled.

Call Flows & Groups Unite

For added versatility in routing incoming calls, a Call Flow keypress can now be configured to route to any Call Group - simutaneously ringing everyone in the group.

Access Call Recordings in Salesforce

Attn: Salesforce customers. Our newest app update lets you access call recordings without leaving Salesforce, for added convenience and time-savings. Install the new app and watch this video for seamless setup.
